Lighthouse Digital's Basic Pricing

At Lighthouse Digital we believe that "a package" may not be the best vehicle for a beautiful wedding video.  We know that each wedding is different and we want you to have the freedom to choose.  That is why we developed our “Flex Contract” to fit your needs exactly. 

A complete event package can take 30 hours to edit--if I based my price on that, the cost would be too high to sell.  So I stopped limiting the editing time on all my packages. I started this business to express my creativity not to put limits on it.  At Lighthouse Digital we want the freedom to edit your video until it is perfect (or as close as we can get to perfect).  We prefer to attend every rehearsal, this allows us to meet the principles and talk to the official - there is never a charge for this.  Please give us a call at (843)345-1467 or email us at lighthousedv@knology.net if you have any questions.  Below is our basic price list.   

A.  Ceremony and Reception, Up to 6 hours of shooting ~~ $900.00

Keep in mind that we must be at the ceremony at least an hour early to set up our equipment and that is when the clock starts ticking and includes the travel time to the reception venue.

Includes the complete ceremony recorded with at least 2 cameras, and wireless microphone.

At the reception we will shoot all the classic (first dance, cutting the cake, etc) and general shots (dancing, smiles, special moments), within the limits of the 6 hours. We will edit the multi-camera videos, edit all classic and general shots at the reception, and add candid photos, titles and special effects to the video. Audio will be edited to yield the best possible quality.

Completely authored DVDs with menus and scene selection.

Approximately 1 hour DVD, 2 copies

B.  Wedding Day package, stay until end of reception, complete editing ~~ $1300.00

Package "A" plus: Complete coverage of the day from pre ceremony preparations (at the church) through end of reception. Detailed editing including multiple cameras, background music, any additional music the bride and groom want to add, titles, special effects, out-takes, special moments. Include 3 or more best video shorts posted on our gallery site (password protected) to share with family and friends.

Completely authored DVDs with menus and scene selection.

Approximately 1 ½ hour DVD, 2 copies

C.  Complete Event Plus ~~ $2000.00 

Package "B" plus: "Our Story" the bride and groom's growing up and dating photo story set to music. This DVD will be ready for viewing at your rehearsal dinner (or at the reception) and includes use of our projector, screen & sound system at the rehearsal dinner. Additional "Our Story" on CD in Windows Media File format. Video of rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, video of wedding day pre-ceremony preparation, ceremony, and reception until the couple leaves the venue. Our best editing including separate digital audio, additional background music, special music, special effects, out-takes, special moments, etc. Includes 5 or more best video shorts posted on our gallery site (password protected) to share with family and friends. And an "Our Wedding Day", a three to five minute video montage of the day, on video CD (plays on most DVD players and a Windows CD (plays on computers).

“Our Story,” approximately 75 photos, scanned and restored. A 15 to 20 minute story on DVD ~~ $350

Video Short of the day on Video CD and Windows CD (window media file) ~~ $150

Additional DVD Copy $25

Travel Vehicle Mileage (outside of a 50 mile radius) $0.62 per mile.

*Photography Option ~~ $500 in addition to a signed video contract.

We do not offer studio shots or formal wedding albums. What we do offer is to shoot all of the classic wedding shots (classic shots before and after the ceremony and during reception) and any additional shots you request using high resolution digital cameras. We do not print photos but give you a photo CD(s) in full resolution with unlimited copy and printing rights. You can have them printed at any photo lab or print them at home. Additionally, we will upload all your photos to our gallery site at www.lastcow.smugmug.com . The galleries are password protected. You or your guests can choose the photos you want and have Smugmug print them. The photos on the gallery are not in full resolution but print outstanding up to 5x7. Smugmug does a great job at a great price. You or anyone you give the password to can also download any of these photos to a home computer and print them at home. The real bargain here is that your full-resolution CD comes with an unlimited, non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to copy and print. Many photographers charge you per photo.
